We call it getting LIT - Lagree Intensity Training. This low impact, high intensity workout targets slow twitch muscles and intertwines the cardio elements you need to achieve real results. Physical fitness is made up of five basic elements: Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility. Where many workouts and exercise regimens work to integrate as many of these elements as possible, Lagree Fitnessâ„¢ meets all the elements to physical fitness; not just in 1 session but in each and every move.

How to join Our Team:
First step is to attend an open audition, held every month at one of our three locations. Auditions take place on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of each month:

Creekside: Friday at 6PM

Cypress: Saturday at 3PM

The Heights: Sunday at 3PM

What to expect at auditions:
Auditions consist of teaching a pre-planned 15 minute routine, which includes:

Opening Core Block: 2 minutes​

Leg Block: 6 minutes (3 minutes per side)

Oblique Block: 4 minutes (2 minutes per side)

Arm Block: 3 minutes
* You will be leading the routine on a mic, so come prepared with your own playlist. Once you sign up for an audition date, we will email you the pre-planned routine in advance.

If you are interested in attending an audition at one of our locations, please sign up online through our app for the specific date, time, and studio of your choosen at least 5 days before the audition.
